Live Open Banking auto-feeds are not connected in this login. Pay-by-link on invoices is Stripe and PayPal, not Open Banking pay-by-bank.

Add each account you reconcile. Solo includes three banks; higher plans include more.
Smart Bank Import
Upload CSV, map date/amount/description, group similar lines, confirm categories.
Match invoices
Suggested matches against unpaid invoices and bills; you confirm.
Reconciliation you can finish this week.
Import rules
Banking → Import Rules (Business+) remembers recurring descriptions.
Reconcile
Tick statements off against the ledger when the period is done.

Common questions
Is this live Open Banking?
No. This login imports CSV (and the Smart Import mapper). We do not pull a daily feed from every UK bank yet.
Which banks work?
Any UK bank that can export a CSV of transactions.
Is this pay-by-bank on invoices?
No. Customers pay invoices via Stripe or PayPal pay-by-link. GoCardless Direct Debit is on Business and above.
Do I still need to export statements?
Yes. Export CSV, then upload in Smart Bank Import.
