How long does migration take?
Timing depends on the size of your ledger. We do not advertise a day-count SLA. Re-import bank CSV after go-live.
Which systems can I migrate from?
Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Business Cloud, FreeAgent, Zoho Books and Capium via the migration tool. Sage 50 is CSV only. We import the records the tool can take — not a live bank feed or HMRC filing history.
How much does SwiftBooks Pro cost?
Solo £15, Business £39, Multi-Company £69 a month ex VAT, Practice on request. No per-user fees on Business+.
Does SwiftBooks Pro charge per user?
No. SwiftBooks Pro has no per-user fees on Business, Multi-Company or Practice. Solo is capped at 2 users.
How does SwiftBooks Pro pricing compare to Xero and QuickBooks?
SwiftBooks Pro’s entry plan is Solo at £15 a month ex VAT. Xero and QuickBooks entry tiers are typically around £15–£16. Competitor prices are indicative — always confirm on each vendor’s site.
Will I lose my VAT or MTD history when I switch?
Invoice, bank and VAT figures stay in the books. There is no MTD filing history to lose here — this login does not file VAT returns.
