Look up stock by SKU in the browser.
There is no barcode scanner or phone-camera stocktake in this login. Add a SKU on Catalog → Products, then watch on-hand quantity in Catalog → Inventory as invoices and bills post against tracked items.
What the inventory screens actually do.
Browser stock, not a warehouse app.
SKU on the product
Enter a SKU when you create a product. Search the product list; there is no camera scan.
On-hand quantity
Catalog → Inventory shows stock after invoices, bills and manual adjustments on tracked items.
Reorder flag
Set a reorder level on the product. The list highlights SKUs at or below that level.
Stock that matches the sales and purchase ledgers.
Invoices move stock
When you invoice a tracked product, quantity on hand falls.
Bills add stock
When you bill a tracked product (including after converting a PO), quantity on hand rises.
FIFO or WAC
Each product uses FIFO or weighted average — the same methods the inventory reports use.
Common questions
Can I scan barcodes with my phone?
Not in this login. Native iOS/Android apps are not live, and the web inventory screens do not use the camera as a scanner. Use the SKU field and search.
How do I find a product quickly?
Open Catalog → Products and search by name or SKU. Inventory shows the same items with on-hand quantity.
Does stock update in real time?
Yes for tracked products when you post invoices, bills or inventory adjustments — not when you raise an estimate.
Is multi-warehouse included?
No. Each product has one on-hand figure for the company, not per warehouse.
Keep stock in the same ledger as invoices.
Catalog → Products and Catalog → Inventory are the live screens. FIFO / WAC valuation sits on Business and above.
