One stock figure per product, in the company books.
This login does not split stock across warehouses or vans. Catalog → Inventory shows on-hand for each tracked product. If you need site-level stock later, that is a different product shape — not what ships today.
Where stock lives in the admin.
Catalog, not a warehouse management system.
On-hand per SKU
Inventory lists each tracked product with quantity remaining after sales and purchases.
Reorder level
Set a reorder level on the product so the list flags low stock.
Lots for FIFO
Purchases create stock lots. Sales consume FIFO or WAC depending on the product setting.
Honest stock for a single-company ledger.
Matches invoices
You are not maintaining a second warehouse system that disagrees with sales.
Matches bills
Stock in from supplier bills, including after PO → bill convert.
Reports
Inventory valuation uses the same FIFO / WAC method as the product.
Common questions
Can I run three warehouses?
Not as separate locations in this login. You see one on-hand quantity per product for the company.
Can I transfer between sites?
There is no inter-warehouse transfer screen. Adjustments and bills/invoices are the stock movements.
Does a sales order reserve stock?
There is no sales-order document. Estimates do not reserve stock. Invoices of tracked items reduce on-hand.
Which plan includes inventory?
Stock tracking, reorder flags and FIFO / WAC are on Business and above.
Inventory that follows invoices and bills.
Open Catalog → Inventory after you post a tracked invoice or bill — that is the live count.
