Reporting

See cash in and out for a period you pick.

In short

Insights → Reports → Cash Flow shows deposits and withdrawals from your bank lines for the dates you choose. It is a history of money in and out after CSV import — not a 12-week forward forecast with payroll scenarios.

What you can do

Cash that already moved.

Built from bank transactions you imported.

📆

Monthly totals

Money in and money out grouped by month in the range you set.

🔗

FAQ

Common questions

How is cash flow calculated?

Insights → Reports → Cash Flow totals deposits and withdrawals from bank lines for the dates you pick. Import CSV first. It is not a forward forecast.

How far ahead does it look?

It looks at the date range you set — history after import, not the next 12 weeks.

Can I see when cash ran short?

You can see months where money out exceeded money in. Outstanding invoices sit in ageing, not in this report.

Does it use invoices and bills?

It uses bank deposits and withdrawals. Invoices and bills only affect cash after they are paid and the bank line is imported.

Plan with foresight

See cash that already moved.

Insights → Reports → Cash Flow is history from imported bank lines. Ageing reports show who still owes whom.
